First Chicago Conference on Academic Hypertext



THE FIRST
CHICAGO CONFERENCE ON ACADEMIC HYPERTEXT

will be held at the Victorian Inn of Chicago,

on Tuesday, April 18, 1978.



There will be a Linguistics Session and a Culture Session.

For the Linguistics Session, we selected papers dealing with languages
 presently or historically put in Hypertext format. Topics dealing with all
 areas of linguistics are covered (in parallel sessions).

For the Culture Session, we selected papers dealing with all areas of the
 folklore, literature, art, music, ethnography, and social sciences.

All abstracts for these sessions were subjected to peer review. A total of 30
 minutes will be allotted for the presentation and discussion of each paper
 accepted. Time limits will be strictly observed.
